Refund Policy

1. Overview
K.S App Build Private Limited is committed to delivering high-quality app development services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Retainer Engagements
Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and cover a defined scope of ongoing development, maintenance, or support work. Retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, as resources are allocated and reserved at the start of each cycle.
3. Project Deposits
A deposit (typically 30–50% of the total project value) is required before project commencement. This deposit covers initial discovery, planning, architecture design, and resource allocation. Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Milestone-Based Projects
For projects structured around milestones, each milestone payment is due upon completion and client sign-off of the corresponding deliverable. Once a milestone has been signed off and payment made, that payment is non-refundable. If a milestone is disputed, please raise the concern within 7 calendar days of delivery.
5. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- K.S App Build is unable to commence work within 30 days of the agreed start date due to our own capacity constraints
- A deliverable fundamentally fails to meet the agreed written specification and we are unable to remedy it within a reasonable timeframe
- A duplicate payment was made in error
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Work already completed and delivered, regardless of whether the client chooses to use it
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, API subscriptions, app store fees) paid on the client's behalf
- Fees for completed discovery, research, or strategy sessions
- Payments for work paused or cancelled at the client's request
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@ksbuildapp.site with your project reference, the amount in question, and a clear description of the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
8. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
