Yes. We typically require a deposit before commencing work, with the remainder structured around project milestones. The exact payment schedule is agreed upon in the project contract.

You do. Upon final payment, you receive complete ownership of all source code, design files, and documentation. There are no ongoing licensing fees or lock-in arrangements.

Process & Communication

A simple app typically takes 8–14 weeks. A complex app with multiple integrations and custom features may take 4–8 months. We provide a detailed timeline during the discovery phase.

You receive weekly progress reports, access to our project management board, and bi-weekly demo sessions. Your project manager is also reachable directly by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Yes, within reason. We use an agile methodology that accommodates evolving requirements. Significant scope changes may affect the timeline and cost, which we will discuss transparently before proceeding.

Support & Maintenance

We provide a structured post-launch support period as part of every engagement. After that, we offer ongoing maintenance plans covering OS updates, bug fixes, performance monitoring, and feature enhancements.

We commit to responding to all support requests within 24 hours during business days. Critical issues are treated with higher priority and addressed as quickly as possible.

Yes. We regularly take on maintenance and enhancement work for apps built by other teams. We'll conduct a code review first to understand the existing architecture.
