Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy governs the termination of service agreements between K.S App Build Private Limited and its clients. We encourage open communication before any cancellation decision and are committed to resolving concerns wherever possible.

2. Notice Period

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement by providing a minimum of 30 calendar days' written notice via email to the designated project contact. Notice periods allow both parties to complete in-progress work, transfer deliverables, and wind down the engagement in an orderly manner.

3. Cancellation of Fixed-Price Projects

If a fixed-price project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced:

• All work completed up to the cancellation date is billable at the agreed project rate, pro-rated by milestone
• Any outstanding balance for completed work is due within 14 days of the cancellation notice
• All completed deliverables will be handed over upon receipt of final payment

4. Cancellation of Retainer Agreements

Retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current billing cycle will not be refunded. Work will continue through the end of the notice period, after which all access, credentials, and deliverables will be formally handed over.

5. Project Pause Requests

Clients may request to pause a project for up to 60 days. Pauses must be agreed in writing. During a pause, no fees are charged, but the project timeline will be extended accordingly. Projects paused for more than 60 days without written agreement may be treated as cancelled.

6. Cancellation by K.S App Build

We reserve the right to cancel an engagement in the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of invoices beyond 30 days of the due date
• Repeated failure by the client to provide required approvals, content, or feedback within agreed timelines
• Requests to perform work that violates applicable laws or our ethical standards

7. Handover Process

Upon cancellation, we will provide a structured handover including all completed source code, design files, documentation, and third-party credentials. Handover is conditional on all outstanding invoices being settled in full.

8. How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation, send a written notice to support@ksbuildapp.site with your project reference and the effective date of cancellation. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
